Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
At YouIsUnique.com we strive to ensure that our products are made from premium quality materials. We take special care to make sure that our quality control is effective and try to ensure that our products are free from defects.
We encourage you to review the sizing chart in detail before you make your purchase final. The choice of sizes for the items purchased are your responsibility and should be verified at the time of check out. Item returns will not be honored because of wrong size choices at the time of purchase.
If an item is defective an exchange will be granted for equal or lesser value after the item has been inspected on return to the distribution center. Returns and exchanges will be guaranteed if the item is returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Monetary refunds are considered on items that are returned in the original packaging, not used, not worn and with original tags.
The cost associated with shipping return items will be paid by the customer. After inspection by us, if the returned item is deemed to be of manufacture defect a refund will be granted for the shipping costs.
